This product is a new type of wood grease remover developed mainly for a series of requirements such as insufficient adhesive strength due to high grease content, poor paint adhesion, and easy blistering and shedding of paint film. It can effectively remove grease from larch, masson pine, slash pine, Chinese pine, and Scotch pine. The degreasing rate can reach more than 65%. The higher the fat content, the better the degreasing effect. The color and texture of the wood after degreasing treatment are clear and beautiful, and the adhesion of the paint can be increased by more than 3 times compared with the original before degreasing. The shear strength of the treated wood can be increased by 90%-110%, its bending strength can be increased by 25%-28.5%, and the elastic breaking force can be increased by 12%~22.8%. The plane extension force can be increased by 8%~15%. Simple operation, low cost, and strong penetration.

[Scope of application]
Mainly suitable for degreasing of wood with high oil content such as larch, masson pine, slash pine, Chinese pine, and larch.

[Use concentration]
Dilution ratio: degreasing agent and water 1:50-100 dilution, the amount of water added per ton (depending on the oil content of the wood) is 20-10 kg.
[Usage method]
Put the wood into the treatment liquid, heat the treatment liquid to 95℃, and steam for 4-8 hours to effectively remove oil.
