【Product Features】
This product is colorless and odorless, environmentally friendly, completely water-soluble, does not change the original color of the wood, does not affect the adhesion of the wood’s later paint, and can effectively prevent the end cracking, dry cracking, cracking, and internal cracking of the wood after steaming or pressurized improvement. After treatment, the effective ingredients combine with the wood fiber to stabilize the water content of the wood, so that the water content of the wood and the water content of the air reach a certain balance, and the wood can completely withstand wind and rain without cracking.
【Usage】
It can be steamed, soaked, sprayed, and vacuum high-pressure treated. Dilution concentration 1:5-10
1. Cooking process: First, put the wood into the cooking tank (cement tank, stainless steel tank, plastic tank). If a steel plate tank is used, it is recommended to do anti-corrosion treatment inside the steel plate (to prevent the steel plate from oxidizing and rusting and causing iron pollution in the wood). To ensure the personal safety of the operator, the depth of the cooking pool is recommended to be controlled below 1.5 meters. When the board is loaded into the pool, in order to ensure the fluidity of the modified liquid and the absorbency of the board, it is recommended to reserve a gap of at least 0.5cm between the boards when loading the pool. Then put the prepared wood anti-cracking agent and the aqueous solution diluted with tap water into the cooking tank (the surface of the liquid is based on the standard of completely covering the wood), and then start heating and heating. The heating speed (when the wood specific gravity is below 0.65g/cm3, the heating speed is 10-14 degrees per hour, when the wood specific gravity is about 0.65g/cm3-0.95g/cm3, the heating speed is 6-10 degrees per hour. When the temperature rises to 85-95 degrees, the insulation treatment starts. Each centimeter thick board is insulated for about 2-4 hours. By analogy, the required insulation time is calculated according to the actual thickness of the steamed board. After the board is steamed, when the water temperature drops below 40 degrees, the wood is taken out of the pool and naturally dried in the shade for 3-5 days before subsequent drying.
2. Soaking method: Place the wood in a soaking tank filled with the prepared anti-cracking agent (diluted with water at a ratio of 1:5-8), and soak at normal pressure for no less than 12 hours.
3. Brushing method: According to the dilution ratio of 1:5, brush the wood to be treated repeatedly for more than 3 times, and the absorption amount is 0.3 kg/square meter. It has certain anti-cracking performance.
4. Vacuum Pressure Operation Process: Dilute at a ratio of 1:15, first control the moisture content of the wood to below 15% (i.e., nearly dry), then proceed with vacuum pressure treatment (refer to the technical parameters of pressure equipment for wood preservation treatment equipment). The vacuum pressure treatment process refers to CCA and ACQ wood preservation treatment processes (since the process involves pressure vessels, please contact our after-sales technical staff for operation guidance).
