ATMP Properties:

ATMP can be miscible with water. At 200 ℃, it has excellent scale inhibition performance, good stability, and excellent effect on calcium carbonate scale. It can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, aluminum, zinc, and has good dispersion properties. When the dosage exceeds 40 ppm, it also has good corrosion inhibition performance.

ATMP Application Industry:

1. ATMP can be used in thermal power plant, recirculated cooling water of oil refinery, and recycle waterflood system of oilfield..

ATMP Scope of Application:

 

1. Water treatment field:

*ATMP 95% can be used as a water treatment agent for water quality stabilisation in boilers, circulating water systems, reverse osmosis systems and so on. It can effectively prevent the formation of scale and improve the heat transfer efficiency of water, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment.

*In the petrochemical field, ATMP 95% can be used as scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in the development of oilfield water injection to improve the quality of water injection and prolong the life of oilfield exploitation. In addition, it can also be used for metal passivation in the process of catalytic cracking and hydrocracking in oil refineries to improve the stability of catalysts.

* In the field of textile printing and dyeing, ATMP 95% can be used as textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries to help improve the adsorption performance of dyestuffs on fibres and the rate of fixation of colours, thus improving the colour fastness and feel of dyed and printed products.

 

2. Industrial water treatment:

* In water treatment of electric power, chemical and petrochemical industries, ATMP 95% can provide efficient descaling and corrosion inhibition performance, preventing calcium, magnesium, iron and other ions deposition and scale formation in pipelines and on the surface of equipments, so as to improve the water utilisation rate and resource saving benefits.
