Product Overview:
BT-2053 is a general antibacterial and antifungal agent with multiple active ingredients. Used to protect plastics, PVC, PE, ABS, PET, TPU, polyurethane, silicone resin, polyolefin, polyester and other polymers from bacteria, mold, algae, and can make plastics, paints, and oily paint coatings have antibacterial and anti-mildew effects.

Application areas:
Applicable to papermaking and water treatment fields.
Scope of use:
“BT-2053 can be added directly to the material as required, added at room temperature and stirred evenly. The generally recommended dosage is 0.6-1% (to the weight of the material);
PVC plastic hot melt: can be added together with other additives, the addition amount is designed according to the total amount of the formula, generally 0.6%.
PVC: can be added to the mixed liquid phase components, can be added to the PVC resin or solid resin, shear and stir until uniform, and then processed by extrusion, calendering, molding or other methods.
Polyurethane: can be added together with other additives, the addition amount is designed according to the total amount of the formula.
Thermoplastic polymer: directly added to the molten material; first make an antibacterial masterbatch, and then the masterbatch can be mixed with the polymer that is not protected by antibacterial protection before the subsequent hot melt process.
Silicone: can be added to the processing resin, or added to the manufacturing container before packaging.
Natural rubber: can be added directly to the rubber latex
Polyolefin: can be made into masterbatch particles.
Paint oily coating: recommended addition amount 1%”
Precautions:
