Container moisture problem
During the transportation of goods, the temperature inside the container will rise and fall with the change of day and night, and the relative humidity inside the container will also fluctuate accordingly, eventually leading to two basic water vapor condensation methods: container rain and cargo sweat.
①Container rain: When the container enters the low-temperature area from the high-temperature area, its internal ambient temperature changes from high temperature to low temperature and reaches the dew point temperature, water vapor will condense into water droplets, and condense on the top and inner walls of the container, and finally drip onto the goods.
②Cargo sweat: When the goods are transported from the low-temperature area to the high-temperature area, or when the storage environment of the goods suddenly changes from cold to hot, the water vapor in the air will condense into water on the surface of the goods or its packaging when it encounters cold.”
