Product introduction：
· BIT-10 sterilizing preservative is effective against bacteria, molds, and yeasts. Low usage and high cost-effectiveness. It can be used in the pH range of 2-12 without changing the effect. It does not release formaldehyde, has little irritation to workers’ skin, has a long action time, does not contain halogens, is non-volatile, and is non-corrosive to metals. It is an ideal sterilizing agent.
· BIT-10 sterilizing preservative has good compatibility and is compatible with most raw materials used in products that are sensitive to microorganisms. The specific compatibility must be confirmed before use. This product can be added in any process without any requirements or adverse effects on the application system.
Recommended dosage：
· BIT-10 sterilizing preservative is suitable for fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsified metalworking fluids. This product can be used in processing fluid concentrates. When BIT-10 is used in metalworking fluid mother liquor, the recommended dosage is: 2% in the concentrate.· It is recommended to use it in combination with BK or MBM, that is: BK and BIT-10 (mass ratio) = 6:1, MBM: BIT-10 (mass ratio) = 6:1. After compounding in this ratio, add 0.2% to the working fluid for better results.
The exact amount of addition for a suitable formula can be obtained by experiment.
Packaging and storage:
1. 25KG, 200KG, 1000KG closed plastic barrel packaging.
2. This product should be stored in a dry and cool place. It can be stored stably for 2 years at room temperature.
Precautions:
1. Operators must wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
2. Once in contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If it splashes into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and take certain medical measures.
