Automatic Fire Suppression Systems on Vehicles

The bus fires are caused by two main sources: human factors
and mechanical failures. Human factors mainly come from the cabin, such as passengers carrying flammable materials or malicious arson, while mechanical failures mainly come from the engine compartment, such as short circuits, engine wear, surface heating, reduced material
durability, the use of plastics, engine packaging, oil and debris, etc. And once the bus catches fire, it will immediately produce high
temperature, smoke and toxic gas and will spread to the entire
carriage in a short time, and the bus compartment space is closed
and densely populated, in order to give passengers escape, evacuation to win valuable time, avoid casualties to the greatest
extent, reduce property losses. Therefore, there is a significant need
to install a bus fire extinguishing system.
