Scope of Application

Mainly suitable for anti-corrosion and insect proof treatment of wood products such as raw wood, wooden handicrafts, wooden furniture, solid wood flooring, wooden doors and windows, wooden corner lines, wooden blinds, wooden fences, wooden outdoor decorative fences, etc.

Concentration used

Dilution ratio: This product is diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio.

Soak or spray the treated wood.

1、 Soaking method

When processing materials such as wood, dilute the finished liquid with water in a 1:1 ratio, pour the concentrated solution into the water, and slowly stir evenly. When processing materials such as rattan and willow, the finished liquid should be diluted at a ratio of 1:2. When processing wood, soak the material to be processed completely in the finished liquid for 15-20 minutes; When processing rattan or willow, soak the processed material completely in the finished liquid for 5 minutes, depending on the density and thickness of the material to be processed.

2、 Spray method

Spray: directly spray the wood surface with a spray until it drips wet.

Rest: Place the treated wood in a sheltered environment for at least 4 hours, and excess products that drip from it can be recycled.

Drying: Place the wood in a sheltered and ventilated area to naturally dry for 24-48 hours.

Storage: Dried wood should be stored in a cool and dry place.

Usage: Before processing and use, it is necessary to confirm that the moisture content of the wood meets the usage standards before proceeding with decorative processes such as gluing, pasting, and painting.

Precautions

This product has a certain degree of irritation to the skin and eyes. Operators should wear protective goggles, gloves, and masks. Try to avoid skin contact with this product. If accidentally touched, rinse with water promptly.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place, away from open flames.
