-Structural characteristics: PHMB consists of multiple hexamethylenebisguanidine units connected by chemical bonds, and the molecular structure contains a large number of positively charged guanidine groups. This structure enables it to be adsorbed on the surface of negatively charged microorganisms through electrostatic action, destroying the integrity of the cell membrane and leading to the death of microorganisms.

1. Medical field:
