1. Use
The FNJ05 gas mask is a filtering personal protective equipment, which is used in conjunction with a gas filter canister. It can effectively protect the respiratory organs of personnel from the harm of toxic agents, and prevent radiation, biological and chemical agents, smoke and radioactive dust, etc. It is suitable for use in different workplaces such as industry and agriculture, scientific research units, transportation and emergency treatment.
2. Composition and characteristics
The FNJ05 gas mask is head-mounted, the mask body is made of high-quality silicone, six-point head-mounted, has good physical and mechanical properties, has a call device, is comfortable to wear, and can be used with chemical protective clothing. The lens is reinforced polycarbonate surface coating, with good light transmittance, wear resistance and impact resistance.
The product complies with GB2890-2022.
3. Technical specifications
1. Protection time: Different types of filters (gas filter canisters) can be selected according to the protection object. The anti-virus time is the same as the performance of the selected filter;
2. Exhalation resistance: ≤160Pa (160L/min);
3. Inhalation resistance: ≤50Pa (30L/min);
4. Field of view: total field of view is not less than 70%, binocular field of view is not less than 40%, and lower field of view is not less than 40%;
5. Mask leakage rate: ≤0.05%;
6. Mask breathing valve air tightness: when the exhalation valve is decompressed to -1180Pa, the negative pressure value of the exhalation valve should not drop by more than 500Pa within 45s;
7. Dead space: ≤1;
8. Storage period: Under the specified conditions, the storage period of the mask filter is 5 years.
