[Product name] Water-based hard wood wax oil
[Instructions]
Before use, stir thoroughly and evenly. If the viscosity is high, add water to dilute it appropriately and stir thoroughly. According to the actual needs of the product and the process requirements, 0-20% water can be added to dilute it. Recoating time-the interval between each recoating should not be less than 2-4 hours. Because this product is purely water-based, it is strictly forbidden to mix with other coatings and organic solvents during operation. The tools used should be rinsed with water immediately after construction to prevent them from drying and scrapping. Because this product is a one-component self-drying system, the remaining unused water-based hardwood wax oil should be kept in a sealed container. To avoid long-term contact with air and hardening.
[Construction process]
This product is directly applied to the surface of wooden materials. Before painting, polish the surface of the wooden product with sandpaper of 320 mesh or more until the surface is smooth, and remove dust, powder, and stains on the surface to ensure that the surface texture of the wood is transparent and clear. During construction, please ensure that the maximum moisture content of the wooden product does not exceed 30%. If there is old paint on the surface of wooden products, it must be removed. Stir the product evenly before use. If the viscosity is high, add 0-20% water to dilute it.
Under well-ventilated conditions, you can reapply the second coat after 2-4 hours. When applying the second coat, you must ensure that the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat. Before applying the second coat, you still need to gently polish the surface of the wooden products with sandpaper of 320 mesh or above, and clean the dust and powder on the surface of the wooden products.
The general amount of wood painting: 12-18 square meters/kg for one coat, 15-20 square meters/kg for two coats. Different woods have different amounts of paint. Soft wood uses a large amount, and hard wood uses a small amount.
